Static HTML/CSS/JS explorations of design ideas for the SmallWorld product. Each prototype is throwaway-grade in code, production-grade in visual fidelity, and built to live alongside the canonical style guide.
Two-column layout: main content on the left, sticky Concierge orchestration rail on the right. Orchestration restyled light to align with the style guide. Streams stack vertically; "In the queue" foot becomes a bulleted upcoming-actions list.
v3 with a guided onboarding overlay layered on. Spotlight highlights each surface in turn (account, Concierge, streams, recent activity, offers, leads, deal team) with explainer cards and a step counter. Skip/Esc/click-out exits; a "Show me around" pill re-launches it.
Catalog of the twenty research and engagement streams the Concierge runs across the relationship map. Each capability has its occurrence, complexity, relevance, and data sources.
Forks v5. Adds real-looking avatars (pravatar.cc) for connectors and extended-network folks, and the actual Wells Fargo logo (logo.dev) in the account header. Card layout restructured to lead with prospect identity; connector-type tags using canonical labels; reduced color noise on signal chips. Held: modal flows for add-connectors / message composer / accept-decline / save-to-deal-team interactions.
Catalog of every card type that can appear in the Relationship Map main column — offer cards, lead cards, deal team rows, extended network — with all variants and post-action states (accepted, declined, queued, manually-handled, saved, dismissed, conditional, awaiting strength rating, promoted candidate). New states land here first as a reference before being wired into the live page.
Static snapshot of the v6 page in its mature state (intro completed, meeting scheduled, deal team formed) with a guided onboarding tour layered on. No demo bar, no animations — just the polished page plus a step-by-step spotlight walking through each surface (account, Concierge, streams, recent activity, offers, leads, deal team). Auto-starts on load; "Show me around" pill re-launches it.
Mockup of how a SmallWorld tab would feel inside the Salesforce account page. The relationship map is rendered as a tightened, single-column iframe (no app header, no Concierge rail) overlaid on a Salesforce account-page screenshot at the SmallWorld tab content area. Useful for showing the managed-package experience to prospects.
The portfolio view across every account the Concierge is working on. Filter by needs-you / in flight / mature / early, sort by last activity or deal value, and jump into any single playbook. Banks-themed demo content; the Wells Fargo row links into the full per-account v7 prototype.
Forks v6's static final state and applies the design decisions from a focused punchlist review. Page reframed as the per-account action queue: top-of-page "since your last visit" summary banner; sections always render with thicker accent left-borders (no urgency pills); Concierge rail simplified — stream cards put the activity name first with a status indicator and pause control top-right, agent-theater stats and gear icon removed, "In the queue" foot block dropped; completed offers collapse into a "Recent completions" strip at the bottom of the Offers section; status strips on resolved offers expand inline to reveal the conversation thread; offer-reply drafts auto-save instead of using an explicit button. Linked destination pages: Deal Team listing, Extended Network listing, connector profile, full activity log. The "Relationship Map" feature was renamed to "Relationship Playbook" in this iteration.
